and glad the OAMC went well. i still haven't managed to attempt it- but we have been doing WAY better with not eating out. and i did a lot of prep work in the general theme of OAMC- separating all our chicken into two breast bags with marinade so i can just pull it out of the freezer in the morning.

i want you to teach me about making bread- suggestions on recipes/breadmakers/anything helpful tips?

With the red beans and rice, are you just going to cook the rice later when you heat up the beans or are you storing it in a casserole with the rice on bottom and beans on top?? Just curious... Sounds like somethign I want to make but just not sure how to store it/reheat it...

I did the OAMC cooking last month and loved it! It took all the stress out of making dinner with a 4 year old and 1 year old running around. I did find that I spent just as much money on groceries as I usually do.

This month I aim to spend less money. I am definitely doing the OAMC again. I planned my meals and did my shopping yesterday. Today I made about half of the meals. I will finish tomorrow.
